Simple way to play OGG on Windows

1. Upgrade Windows Media Player to v10 or above.  It is v9 which comes with XP.
2. Download WMP Tag Support here (M4a/Flac/Ogg/Ape/Mpc Tag Support Plugin for
   Windows Media Player & Media Center v 1.1)
3. Install the program.  No need to restart the computer.
